We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services. Delivery charges vary based on location and product weight.

What do we mean by “Small Items”?
All portable computer parts like SSD (128GB/256GB), Laptop Chargers, M.2 Drives, Laptop Keyboards, Laptop Batteries, and RAMs (new & used) are counted as small items.
Larger equipment like complete laptops or PCs are shipped separately under Large Item Delivery.
Exchange or Return of Goods
At RK Computers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can easily request an exchange within 7 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt. We carefully inspect each return to ensure smooth and fair processing.
Please note that opened or physically damaged items, including used laptop accessories, SSDs, or RAMs, are not eligible for return. However, we do offer replacements for manufacturing faults or issues identified during our technical check. For any exchange or return assistance, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll ensure a quick resolution.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
Original box or packaging
Warranty card or purchase invoice
User manual or included documentation
Accessories (such as charger, cable, keyboard, mouse, etc.)
Any free items or promotional gifts received with the product
Product serial number or barcode sticker removed or tampered
Product showing physical damage or signs of use

Yes, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, in original packaging, and have all included accessories. Items showing physical damage or missing components are not eligible for return.
